Life can feel overwhelming when there's disconnection from your emotions, needs, or sense of self. I practice therapy from a Gestalt perspective, meaning, our work will center on deepening awareness of your present-moment experience—thoughts, emotions, body sensations, and relational patterns—so healing can arise naturally through insight and embodied presence. We explore how past dynamics show up in the here and now, creating space for choice, integration, and self-compassion.
I incorporate somatic awareness and mindfulness-based practices to support nervous system regulation and deepen connection to your inner wisdom. Our sessions will offer a grounded, relational space where your whole self is welcome—especially the parts that feel stuck, uncertain, or unseen.
I work with adolescents (16+) and adults dealing with anxiety, depression, life changes, trauma, etc. LGBTQIA+ affirming and celebratory. I am certified in Complex Trauma Treatment (CTTP-II) and am trained in sand tray therapy. Healing only happens in the presence of safety. It is my priority to build a compassionate and empathetic relationship with my clients, to meet them exactly where they are.

I chose the word sacred for my practice as a a reclamation; you get to decide what is sacred to you - moments, places, things, relationships, etc. What you consider to be sacred to you will be honored and respected with me and in my space. For something to be considered sacred, it is often limited to religious spaces. Professionally and personally, I believe we each get to decide for ourselves what is sacred. In our work together, my priority will be to create an environment of safety and trust - where you are seen, supported, and celebrated in each step of your journey.
I have found myself repeatedly drawn back to this artwork by Scott Erikson, Another Chance. Our roots - our experiences, whether healing or traumatic - always stay with us. Sometimes our roots feel shallow, malnourished, or damaged. And yet, although the roots cannot change, they still hold space for growth, change, and healing. Our bodies hold the tools for healing, sometimes it just needs guidance, nourishment, and a safe place to grow again.
